  • During the in-season, the enclosure is fully off and remains open for the duration of your stay.

For safety and maintenance reasons, the enclosure is managed exclusively by our trained maintenance team and is not adjusted between or during guest visits.

Thanks so much for your understanding—and rest assured, the pool is always ready for fun no matter the season!

Internet & Cellular Service

Yes, reliable WiFi is available at no additional cost. Unlike other rental organizations, we don’t rely on satellite internet which is spotty when the wind blows. We have AT&T cellular connections as well as Starlink options.

Depends on… If you have AT&T then you will be great. Verizon and others, not so much – they’re spotty. However, you can use the lodge and cabin WiFi to make calls.

Sanitation

Our team may stop by each cabin and lodge as needed to check the pool and hot tub, confirm temperatures, or gather bagged trash. If a visit is needed during your stay, we’ll always be quick and discreet — our goal is never to disrupt your time here. On the rare chance of a maintenance issue, please know we will never enter your space without prior communication. From time to time, pool maintenance may require guests to step out for about 10–15 minutes so the pool can be properly cleaned. We do our very best to stay out of your way so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.
